Welcome to Hertfordshire Martial Arts Ladies Thai Boxing Programme.

A Thai boxing class (1hour) consists of a warm up routine, stretching, Thai drills (on the pads & with a partner), conditioning drills to improve strength/stamina & flexibility & self-defence techniques.

In Thai boxing you can strike with your hands, legs, knees & elbows giving you a full body workout.

The Thai boxing method used at Hertfordshire Martial Arts comes from the world-renowned martial arts instructor Rick Faye of the Minnesota Kali Group. Rick makes regular visits to HMA at least twice a year sometimes three times to conduct various martial arts seminars.

So what are you waiting for pick up that phone or send an email and one of our friendly staff will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Come along for your free classes all it will cost you is a little bit of your time.
