HMA SUNDAY SEMINARS - 11AM to 3pm - £25

The HMA Sunday Seminars will cover Jun Fan Gung Fu/JKD Concepts - Muay Thai - Kali - Panantukan - MMA/Grappling, drawn from our main influences of Guro Rick Faye's MKG material and Guro David Onuma's CFS material.

The Sunday Seminars will be either a blend of the above arts or focused on one art in particular or even just one area of an art.

Always good fun & a four hour hit of training.
